Celebrity Chef James Martin, who came home to his roots earlier this year when he opened his new restaurant ‘The Leeds Kitchen’ inside the prestigious Alea Casino at Clarence Dock in Leeds, will be our special guest at the 2012 show.

We are thrilled that James has agreed to appear at the show, especially as he has agreed to do a cooking demonstration in the demo zone.  His passion for local produce and excellence in service and food are what the Meetings Industry is all about.  Here at the Conference and Hospitality Show we are passionate about the industry we work in and to have someone as high profile as James endorsing our event shows the importance of the industry to Yorkshire.
