Distinguished Trio of Chefs Create a Stir at the Conference and Hospitality Show 2012
Celebrated chefs across the North of England are coming together for the first time to demonstrate their culinary skills at the Conference and Hospitality Show. Organisers of the Show – Event Management 360 – were delighted when three of the UK’s most distinguished chefs agreed to appear at the one day show to demonstrate to Meeting and Events Planners how to make their Event catering stand out from the crowd.
The Conference and Hospitality Show is being held at The Centenary Pavilion Leeds United Football Club on Thursday April 26th 2012.
The three chefs: James Martin, Kenny Atkinson and Jaswant Mehra will be carrying out cookery demonstrations throughout the day and between them have an impressive track record.
Yorkshire born James’ is best known for his weekly BBC1 show, Saturday Kitchen and in 2011 he opened “The Leeds Kitchen in Clarence Dock”, his first restaurant in the UK for over 10 years.
Jaswant Mehra is the Chef de Partie for Radisson Blu in Leeds. He performed in a cookery show on Indian TV, appearing in 300 episodes on the Indian Channel ETV (Entertainment Television).
Kenny Atkinson manages the 3AA Rosette “Kenny Atkinson at the Orangery” in 5-star Rockcliffe Hall Hotel, County Durham and shot to fame on TV with his award winning mackerel dish on the Great British Menu.
Show Organiser, Emma Cartmell of Event Management 360, said:
“We are absolutely thrilled to have all three Chefs on board. They will certainly add flair and excitement to the day and each one is unique so will add something a little bit different. The Conference and Hospitality Show has a great day lined up with many new exhibitors and a fantastic seminar programme. Excuse the pun, but the Chefs’ demonstrations really are the icing on the cake!”
