Entering a conference hall and being asked to turn OFF your mobile phone is so last century. We’re now encouraged to keep our phones on to connect with other delegates, tweet and update our status on various social media platforms.
In this panel discussion we will be showcasing a range of mobile applications that change the way we conduct our meetings and events.

At this 30 minute seminar you will be introduced to an effective model that ensures you ask the right questions to plan and run highly successful events.

Presented by Lindsay Taylor, Director of executive coaching organisation Your Excellency. Lindsay is a former PA and now a coach, trainer and practitioner of NLP. She has a particular passion for supporting the personal and professional development of PAs, EAs, Secretaries and Administrators and personally delivers the one day workshop ’Be a PA with PA – Perfect Awareness’.

Future perfect with Paul Hemphill
IDEAL FOR: Anyone who wants to remain positive and have the right tools to face the challenges of our industry head on.
Based on positive psychology and the science of happiness this upbeat presentation looks at how to develop personal resilience and improved wellbeing, even during an economic downturn. Paul has spent much of his career in the tourism industry, a sector facing particular challenges at the current time. As a life coach with a wealth of experience of management and staff development he was eager to get involved with the Conference and Hospitality Show to spread the message that there remains a bright future ahead for anyone who takes a positive approach to life.
